This peeler separator is the most reliable equipment and designed for palm fruit application to separate the mesocarp from the nut.

This special equipment designed to replace the digester and able to combine duty of some equipment at the same time.

The fruitlets will be grated on the static perforated bowl, the separated mesocarp will come out from the bowl and directed to the conveyor under the Peeler separator. The nut will come out on the tip of the bowl then drop to another conveyor.

At the palm oil mill with conventional process; the mesocarp will be conveyed to the screw press for oil extraction.

At the palm oil mill with ECOtech system; the mesocarp will be conveyed to the mixing tank via crusher before pump into horizontal extractor/decanter to separate the crude oil from the cake.
