This model is recommended as the second stage and should be installed before the sludge buffer tank. The sludge with high content of sand will be reduced in two cones at the same time.

The process it self is simply same as single stage process which the separated coarse particle/sand move by gravity down toward the conical section (apex). The lighter and relatively free from sand liquids escape through the overflow pipe (vortex finder). The process runs continuously with helps of our recommended pumps.

By means of pneumatic actuator and automatic discharge valve an interrupted operation with pre-selected interval can be guaranteed.

The MDD-302A is supplied in one module for easier installation.
